1. Who operates ZUG
ZUG is the member application for Zee You a Game, an internet café in Thailand. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and connected in-store services.
2. Information we process
- Member account details, including username, display name, branch, and member group.
- Wallet balance, time balances by zone, points, packages, top-ups, purchases, and redemption records.
- Login, workstation session, QR login, and account activity used to protect your account and operate the café.
- Device identifier, device name, platform, authentication sessions, IP/security logs, and optional push-notification token.
- Support messages and information you choose to provide to staff.
3. Camera and QR codes
The app requests camera access only when you choose to scan a QR code for workstation login or an in-store service. Camera images and video are not saved by ZUG. Only the decoded QR payload needed to complete your request is processed.
4. Notifications
Notifications are optional and disabled by default. If you explicitly enable them, ZUG may send account activity alerts and shop news or promotions. You can turn them off at any time from the app or your phone settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent use of your member account.
5. How we use information
- Authenticate members and enforce one active mobile device per account.
- Show balances, packages, points, and current workstation activity.
- Process QR login, package purchase, wallet payment, and in-store service requests.
- Prevent fraud, investigate errors, secure accounts, and maintain operational records.
- Send optional account and promotional notifications after consent.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by providers necessary to run the service, such as secure hosting, app distribution, notification delivery, and payment processing when you initiate a payment. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
7. Retention and account deletion
Account and transaction records are retained while needed to operate your membership, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion at the cashier or through the contact channels below. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
8. Children
ZUG is for registered café members. A minor should create and use an account with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact the shop regarding a minor's account.
